First day of school (25th February)
So today was a good day. Today made me realise why I wanted to get into teaching both my Mentor teacher and my new entrance teacher was definitely an inspiration they both do their jobs very well. Looking back today I definitely will involve myself more especially In helping other teachers during the lunch hour. Also today I read to 4 or 5 students (multiple books) with new entrance kids you have to put on those little voices because they love it. Because they have such a short attention span you have to be quite quick in how you deliver and read a book (put some life into it!) and animate the story.

Yes Brook you are right you have to give it everything when you are reading a book to students (at any level). It's great to hear you want to get more involved - that's a great attitude to have. Keep it up.
