Values and beliefs

Basically I've learnt that everyone has their own values and beliefs. Personally I value humor and I think that's it is always important to have laugh. As a teacher I feel you can always find the funny side between learners and fellow staff members just always remembering to maintain the humor in a proffesional manner. After discussing the classroom situations we went through today, for me as a role from a teacher perspective I found that I felt an empathetic view from both sides....
